These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are between you (“you” or “your”) and DeepFocus Law LLP (“we”, “our”, or “DeepFocus Law”), a law firm licensed in California and Oregon and based in Oregon. By submitting an appointment request via our website, blogs, or social media accounts (collectively, our “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.deepfocuslaw.com/privacy and incorporated herein by reference.
If we determine that a conflict exists but may be waived under applicable Rules of Professional Conduct, we will contact you at the email address you provide with your appointment request. No attorney-client relationship between you and DeepFocus Law will exist until we obtain a waiver from each affected client. Any conflict waiver will require: (a) written disclosure to all necessary parties of the relevant circumstances and material risks of such conflict; and (b) each affected client’s informed written consent. No attorney-client relationship between you and DeepFocus Law will be formed, and we will have no obligation to provide legal services, until we determine that you are eligible for representation.
Representation by DeepFocus Law of residents of states other than California or Oregon will be limited to copyright, trademark, and other matters arising solely under federal law.
We may revise these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or both from time to time. If we make any material change, we will notify you at the email address you provide with your appointment request, provide you with a clear and conspicuous notice of such change, and provide information regarding how to cancel.
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms, the Supplemental Terms, and/or our Privacy Policy will not be deemed a waiver of our right to do so. If any provisions of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or both are found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect, and enforceable terms will be substituted reflecting our intent as closely as possible. These Terms will be governed by, and interpreted under, California law except for its conflicts of laws rules.
